ケントの言うように外務省のＨＰに載せた「尖閣の1969年発行の中国の地図が日本領になっている」のを、日本語だけでなく、各国語に翻訳して、世界の大使館でそれをプリントして各国政府に説明するよう働き掛けるようにするのが良いでしょう。如何に中・韓が嘘吐き国家と言うのを世界に知らしめるチャンスです。慰安婦もデッチ上げ、南京虐殺も捏造と言うのを事実をもとに反論していくべきです。
外務省のＨＰの「資料コーナー」の「尖閣諸島に関する資料」の中の「尖閣諸島について 平成27年3月16日更新」ＰＤＦの21ページに載せていますが、探すのが大変。これでは日本人でも見つけるのが難しいでしょう。腰が引けている感じです。これではまともな交渉は出来ません。トピックスとしてﾄｯﾌﾟﾍﾟｰｼﾞに載せるくらいしないと。
本件ケントの言うように外務省に意見提言としてＨＰから送付しました。そんなに難しくありませんから、意見送付してみては如何でしょうか？
ケントの主張で「言えば失脚間違いなしだからです。王外相は家族が人質なのかも知れません。」と言う部分は英文にはありません。でも中国では家族が人質になるのは当り前です。中国の「国防動員法」で有事には在日中国人は中国共産党の指示に従わなければ家族が悲惨な目に遭うというのは充分理解しています。テロには注意しないといけません。
ヘンリー・ストークス（ﾌｨﾅﾝｼｱﾙﾀｲﾑｽﾞ、ﾀｲﾑｽﾞ、ＮＹﾀｲﾑｽﾞ記者、三島由紀夫の友人）の『英国人記者が見た連合国戦勝史観の虚妄』を是非読んでください。如何に戦勝国が歴史を改竄したかが分かります。下記のように残念ながらアメリカでこの本を英文で発行する出版社は現れてないようですが。せめて多くの日本人が真実に目覚めんことを。
加瀬英明氏によれば
「ニューヨーク・タイムズ、ロンドン・タイムズ、ファイナンシャル・タイムズの日本支局長を歴任した、ヘンリー・Ｓ・ストークス氏の著書『連合国戦勝史観の虚妄』（祥伝社新書）という良書が、一昨年12月に出版されて、10万部以上売れるベストになっている。

日本で英語の本を出版して、アメリカ全国の書店に唯一つ配給していた、講談社インターナショナルは経営が行き詰まって、昨年春に解散を強いられてしまった。これでも、日本は国際大国といえるのだろうか。」
内容
岸田文雄外務大臣と中華人民共和国（ＰＲＣ）の王毅外相との会談が開かれましたが、王外相は相変わらず日本の「歴史認識」に関する話を持ち出したようです。私自身も日本の歴史認識について不満を持っているということは、以前、夕刊フジの連載「ニッポンの新常識」第２回に書いた通りです。

日本は日清戦争前後から現在までの、中国大陸や朝鮮半島との関わりについて、史実に基づいた歴史認識を、世界に向けてはっきり主張すべきだと思います。ついでに、ＰＲＣと韓国の国内の歴史についても、彼ら及び世界に向けて教えた方が良いでしょう。何故なら、ＰＲＣと韓国の両国は、歴史認識に関する重大な欠点を持っているからです。
I think that Japan should clearly state to the world its understanding, based on historical facts, of the relationship it had with continental China and the Korean Peninsula since the Sino-Japanese War. At the same time, I think they should also tell the world as well as PRC and Korea the domestic history of these two countries. The reason is because both PRC and Korea have serious flaws in their understanding of history.

ＰＲＣは建国直後の１９５０年代から、母国語の記述に用いる漢字を「簡体字」と呼ばれる簡略な文字に変更しました。同様に韓国は、建国後、日韓併合時代に使っていた漢字ハングル混じり文という便利な表記方式を捨てて、固有名詞をのぞけば表音文字のハングルだけにしました。

その結果、戦後教育を受けたこの二か国の国民の大半は、70年前の母国語の文書を読めません。その上、両国の指導者は、世界中に嘘を吐いても平気なことからも分かるように、自国民に嘘の歴史を教えることに全くためらいがありません。だからＰＲＣと韓国の国民は外国語を学ばない限り、歴史の真実を知ることができないのです。
As a result, a large portion of the population educated after the war are unable to read their mother tongue further back than 70 years ago. In addition, the leaders of both countries, as can be seen by the fact that they coolly lie about their history to their own people, have no compunction whatsoever about teaching lies about their own history. Thus, unless the people of PRC or Korea learn a foreign language, they cannot hear the truth.
これは一種の愚民化政策であり、両国とも見事な成果を収めています。王毅外相や朴槿惠大統領が、しきりに「歴史認識」と叫ぶのは、戦前・戦中・戦後の歴史的事実について、新聞や書籍を読むだけで検証可能な日本人に「歴史の真実を教えて下さい」というＳＯＳだと捉えることもできます。これはもちろん皮肉です。
This is one form of a policy to keep the masses uninformed, and both countries have been very successful at it. The fact that Foreign Minister O Ki and President Park Geun-hye incessantly harp about the “understanding of history” can be interpreted as an SOS signal directed to the Japanese, who are able to verify facts by reading books and newspapers, asking them to “teach the historical truth.” But of course I am saying this sarcastically.
王外相と朴大統領の極端に反日的な態度は、ＰＲＣの習近平国家主席に対して、「王様、あなたは裸です」と正直に言えない裏返しかも知れません。言えば失脚間違いなしだからです。王外相は家族が人質なのかも知れません。こっちは半分マジです。
The extreme anti-Japanese stance taken by Foreign Minister O and President Park may be a backhanded way of saying to Chinese President Xi Jinping what they cannot express straightforwardly, namely “The Emperor is naked.” I am at least half serious on this point.
日本にもＰＲＣや韓国に対して、歴史的事実を主張せず、媚びへつらうだけの政治家や外交官がいますが、私は彼らのことを、金（カネ）もしくはハニートラップによって操られているパペットだと見ています。そうでないなら、近現代史の資料を十分に読んでいないか、読んでも意味を理解できないＢＡＫＡとしか考えられません。
There are some obsequious politicians and diplomats in Japan who cannot advocate historical facts to the PRC or Korea, but I look at these people as puppets manipulated by money or a honey trap. If that is not the case, then we are left to believe that either they are not sufficiently reading materials on contemporary history, or else they are fools who cannot understand the meaning of what they are reading.
先日、外務省が尖閣諸島に関する１９６９年ＰＲＣ作成の地図をホームページに載せた件は非常に良かったです。それに加えて以下のような歴史的事実を、中国語、韓国語、英語、フランス語、ドイツ語、スペイン語、ポルトガル語などに翻訳して「日本国の歴史認識」として、外務省のホームページに掲載してはいかがでしょうか。
Just the other day the Foreign Ministry took the welcome step of publishing on its home page a map concerning the Senkaku Islands prepared by the PRC in 1969. I suggest that they also translate the following materials to Chinese, Korea, English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese and post them on the Foreign Ministry’s home page.
１、中華人民共和国（ＰＲＣ）の建国は、大東亜戦争を含む第二次世界大戦が終結した１９４５年の４年後、１９４９年１０月であること。
- The fact that the People’s Republic of China (PRC) was established in October 1949, four years after the war ended in 1945.
２、終戦時に存在しないＰＲＣという国家は、第二次世界大戦に参加することが不可能であり、したがってＰＲＣが「戦勝国」であるはずがないこと。
- The fact that it is impossible for a country called the PRC which did not exist at the end of the war to have participated in the Second World War, and therefore for the PRC to be considered one of the victorious states.
３、中国大陸で日本軍が「戦争」をしていたのは、蒋介石率いる中華民国（Republic Of China）の正規軍である国民党軍であること。
- The army fighting the Japanese on the Chinese continent was the Kuomintang military, the official forces of the Republic of China, led by Chiang Kai-shek.
４、大戦中に毛沢東率いる現在の中国共産党が戦っていた相手は、基本的に国民党軍だから、それは「内戦」に過ぎないこと。
- During the war, what is now the Chinese Communist Party then led by Mao Tse-tung basically fought against the Kuomintang in what was nothing more than a civil war.
５、大戦中に共産党軍が日本軍に戦いを挑んでも、それは国の正規軍同士の戦いではないから国際法上「戦争」でななく、日本軍に対する「テロ行為」に過ぎないこと。
- The fact that even if when the Communist Party army engaged the Japanese army during the World War, since it was not the official army of the country, according to international law this was not a “war” but an act of terrorism against the Japanese army.
６、国連憲章には今も、戦勝国たる安保理常任理事国は中華民国（ＲＯＣ）であると明記してあり、１９７１年に国連に加盟したＰＲＣを常任理事国扱いしているのは、他の国連加盟国による「妥協」と「お情け」によるものであること。
- The fact that to this day in the U.N. Charter the victorious country clearly listed as holding an official permanent seat on the U.N. Security Council is the Republic of China (ROC), and the fact that the PRC, which joined the U.N. in 1971, is treated as a permanent member of the Security Council is a result of the compromise and concessions of other members of the United Nations.
７、毛沢東が行った「大躍進政策」や「文化大革命」などの愚策によって、数千万人に及ぶＰＲＣ国民が餓死したり虐殺された事実を日本は知っているが、今まで「お情け」で何も言わなかったこと。
- The fact that Japan is aware of the fact that tens of millions of Chinese and PRC citizens starved or were massacred as part of Mao Tse-tung’s failed policies of “The Great Leap Forward” and “”The Cultural Revolution,” and that as a concession Japan has not brought these issues up in the past.
８、ＰＲＣは東トルキスタン（ウイグル）、チベット等を武力侵攻し、数百万人単位の人々を虐殺し、それを現在も続けていることは世界中が知っているが、ＰＲＣの内部崩壊を避けるため、今まで声高には非難しなかったこと。
- The fact that the whole world knows that the PRC forcefully invaded East Turkistan (Uighur) and Tibet and massacred millions of people and that this continues, and that to prevent a collapse of the PRC, they have engaged only in muted criticism.
９、世界最悪のファシズムはＰＲＣという国で行われていることを日本は知っていること。
- The fact that Japan knows that the worst fascism in the world is practiced by the PRC.
ＰＲＣと韓国こそが認識すべき歴史について書き始めたら、本当にキリが無いので、今日はこれくらいでやめます。
If I were to write out all the history which the PRC and Korea need to recognize, there would be no end to it, so I will stop here for today.
